Start your legal profession with a simple and well – tailored professional program in law that is accredited and recognized all over the world. The ATHE level 3 Diploma in Law is a 60 –credit Ofqual regulated qualification and is the equivalent to an A-level or Access to HE qualification. It has been designed for learners who wish to progress to a law degree but may not have the traditional entry qualifications usually required. The qualification provides learners with an introduction to law and the legal system as well as key academic research and communication skills to support learners in their development.

Admission Criteria: Our admission plan is simple and flexible. Simple Learning alternatives: Students and Learners would have lectures once a month on the weekends. The rest are done online where necessary.

To qualify for the 60-credit Diploma in Law, one must complete the following mandatory units in Six (6) months.

Progression Routes
On successful completion of a Level 3 Diploma in Business and Management there are a number of progression opportunities. Learners may progress to:
1. Access to second year in any local or internationally recognized university. Especially the UK
2. Employment or setting up one’s own business
3. ATHE Level 4 Extended Diploma In Law
4. It serves as a foundational program for Mature students pursuing higher education
HIGH SKIES/ATHE LEVEL ENTRY REQUIREMENT
Applicant must have ATHE level 3 Diploma in Business and Management
West African Senior Secondary Certificate Examination (WASSCE); Six subjects are used to calculate your standard WASSCE score: Integrated Science, Core Math, Core English and three electives. A minimum grade of C6 in each subject is required to apply.
IGCSE/GCE ‘O’ Level and at least three ‘A’ Level passes (with grade A-D)
International Baccalaureate(IB) Diploma
French Baccalaureate (a certified copy of the original score and a certified translated copy in English)
Other equivalent exam results approved by the National Accreditation Board of Ghana
National Vocational Training Institute (NVTI) part Three.
(Please note that all certificates and results slips other than the WASSCE must be referred to the National Accreditation Board for verification, evaluation and to determine their eligibility for admission into High Skies)
